Resource Name: Sync.in
URL: http://sync.in
Uses: Collect Feedback, Write Together, Respond and Reflect
Description: Similar to the old EtherPad application, Sync.in allows realtime collaboration on a common document.
Writers are invited via email to join the document, or are provided with the unique document link code generated by the site.
Each author is given his/her own highlighted text color, with up to eight authors per document. A chat option on the right side allows for discussion apart from the text entered, making this a good option to Google docs for remote collaboration. Another cool tool on this site is the Time Slider, which allows you to fast forward through the process and see how the text was built up and changed.
